Probably far too many for dips to be effective.
Like others said, wrasses and some fish will eat the worms. I had luck with a blue velvet damsel. Much cheaper than a blue velvet nudi :)

Blue velvet nudis primary food source is acoel flatworms. Thing is people have problems with acclimation as they are pretty finicky. They do also release a toxin that could potentially be harmful so another thing to consider.

At any rate, hope you find a solution for this type of reef aids. Have seen it on the rise noticeably in my LFS’.

I bet you got polycab flatworm. Wrasse won’t eat. The only way you can do is dip every single corals and blow them off, check the eggs too

How big is the flatworms?

Do you notice snails, shrimp, or clams dying off for no reason?

If it is a polyclad flatworm most dips don’t work well on them. They only think that I’ve found to kill polyclads is Bayer insect killer

No shrimp or snail dying don’t have a clam do flat worms eat Zoas or corals

I’ve never seen zoa eating flatworms, but that doesn’t mean there might not be a type out there. I’ve only seen zoa eating nudi, spiders, fish and some types of crab and snails.
Now I know for sure there’s flatworms that eat Euphyllia, some LPS, and SPS. They rang in sizes too. Some are the same size as a pea and some can get up to an inch long.
