They are like tentacles
I have been having lots of till worms in tubs on the bottom of thing that are on the sand bed been try to pull them out
The arms look like the worms in the tubs

Spaghetti worm and a keeper. They are great collectors of detritus and a great addition to your sand bed.

99.9% of the worms that inhabit our tanks are of benefit and should be treated as so, including bristle worms, which happen to be one of the best things for cleaning up detritus and leftover food.

I think it is a spaghetti worm. I've had red variants before, although most of my spaghetti worms are white. They are one of the best in my opinion.
