I have been scammed online - if you buy online, make sure to use CC, so the CC company has your back. Been seeing a ton of scams popping up on FB, thankfully people have been calling the accounts out. I always advise to buy local and from someone that has a couple references.

1. If a seller says, I have a friend that has what you are looking for.

2. If a seller contacts you and he or she has joined recently and has no post.

3. If a buyer says, I can't pick the item up but my friend, coworker, employee can, and they will give you a check for the amount for the item.

Now, for FLIPPING Flippers, that one is harder to identify and has to be on us to call them out. There is no way for a buyer to know if the seller is a flipper unless someone tells us.

Please be careful when selling and buying. if anything seems off or you get that gut feeling, just walk away. not worth it. There is always a better deal around the corner.

Hey reefing fam, thanks for your inputs… so I was reading you responses and I saw something odd about how these scammers are messaging us. So at the bottom it says “sent from my TECNO BD4h”. So I looked up, What is TECNO BD4h and it’s a phone that is sold in GHANA. I will upload pictures of my evidence so please be careful who you send money to. They are not even from this continent.
