Tank has a slight funk going on with tenuis and a few millepora. ICP isn't showing much for contaminants but does show I had some traces bottomed out. I'm correcting those now and looking for improvement. I'm going to wean off my full kalk to ESV 2 Part with kalk supplementation to see if that cold potentially be part of the issue.

I'd think it'd be the first to go but so far, this wild aussie enchinata hasn't skipped a beat. Starting to grow and getting some nice dark blue on thew new growth.

Thanks guys, it’s a cool piece. Hopefully it keeps doing it’s thing

@Dipan00, I was thinking the same. I’ve been up to 80F and that’s the only real change but I’d think new mariculture/wild pieces would be more affected that one’s Ive been growing for years. Weird for sure. Nicer days got me wondering about sunscreen but I’m pretty careful with that.
I did see something about a bacteria type found in reefs with TN, I believe in Florida. It popped up on that RMS group but this almost looks like when I had a metal issue. Dark tissue. Could be flow as it seems to be on the side that gets pounded? Haven’t lost anything but my speciosa doesn’t look happy at all.

I noticed my pink boobies chalice has flown into my jf psycho rim favia. They had been going to war, I’m wondering if that could have been affecting some acros in the tank? Most things look okay, tenuis not so much.

this new iPhone saturates things a bit but the zoom is nice. And no filter needed

Yeah, overall I think everything looks great! I don't think I've ever had a tank where everything was 100% happy, so I would take this as a win. The health of the corals looks pretty damn good to me. Maybe some of the mucus from the fight got stuck on some the pieces and messed them up a little? I wouldn't change anything and just keep doing what you're doing. That silly string is going crazy with PE and the sukarnoi looks like it's taking off for you, but that echinata is on f'ing fire! Nice!

Thanks guys.

It's looking pretty good overall and it is hard to keep everything happy. Hopefully I can figure out whats going on with the tenuis and correct it. It's not the smooth skins, knock on wood, which are the ones I'm really enjoying right now so thats good. I'm bummed on the milleporas but hopefully the remaining ones hang in there and come back around. I had put a new life spectrum pellet in the auto feeder so I pulled that incase it was a contributing factor. Back to just COOL mysis flakes and Rods. I'm running some carbon and reglued the chalice back down so maybe I'll see some improvement here soon, if lucky.

I use NLS regular marine and algae max pellets in my auto feeder and have never encountered an issue, but you can at least rule it out. I use TDO in my nano system’s auto feeder. Millies can be touchy if they are wild pieces? Right now my confetti and shortcake are funky, but everything else is just fine. It’s weird how it works. Hopefully those pieces will turn around for you.

That’s what’s got me scratching my head a bit, most are aquacultured pieces. Some of the BC frags, Cherry bomb and SCOP. All the wild/Mari pieces seem fine so it’s a bit odd. Makes me lean towards chemical warfare or maybe even flow being too directional? Still gotta play with that a bit too.
