If you don’t have zoas, go get a Klein’s Butterfly! It eats aiptasias and normal food. Oh btw, it’s also a beautiful & peaceful fish. I have one in every tank now!

I’ve done peppermint shrimps, filefish, kalkwasser, nudibranches, etc — nothing beats a Klein’s butterfly.

How are they with clams? Most butterflies I know nibble too much.

No issues - I have one Teardrop. Some will eat zoas, some don’t. My 175g mixed/nem tank has a lot of zoas and so far so good. However, the Klein in the SPS tank ate all my zoas, which is a good trade-off for me. I rather have zero aiptasias than zoas in the SPS tank.
