Don’t grow corals based on lighting — unless you just got a led strip, cheap, black box led lights can grow SPS corals. The “powerful” and “high end” corals are merely due to their ecosystem, brand, and marketing.

Also, don’t limit yourself to those but mushrooms and LPS are easy to grow as well.

Yeah I can grow zoas and I think my digitata has been growing so I’m sure I’m good on the softies. I was genuinely looking for some Gsp tho lol

Still would like to find some other softies that are interesting to see in the tank. Got kids that love looking at it with me lol

Some weeping willow or toadstools maybe? Suggestions? I have a grim reaper zoa that has been struggling to grow. My eagle eyes are growing good tho

What type of lighting do you have? I also have as many Pink Kenya's as you want. I also have so JF green birds nest you can try. Have some Porcillopro that will also grow pretty much any where.

I have a current marine bar. Tank is small, about 15 gallons. I just happened to set up a second strip (thinking I just needed to add a second light), turns out that the bar i had was just really old and lost power. When you compare the new one and old one, it’s like night and day. Think I can expand my horizons a lot more now lol
