I know no one is going to believe this, but it actually happened.

I just hooked up two of the AI Orbit 4 pumps on my Waterbox tank. Things are dope, and very quiet, great flow; 3 days in they are great; anyways. My wife comes in and sees the pumps. She goes, "Oh, are those new?". Like every married reefer I do the oh shit she noticed pause. So I tell her they are new, and how great the flow is etc.

Then it happened.

I swear I am not making this us.

Are you sitting down.

She says "Ya, those are nice. You should get one for your other tank"

My wife buys all my reef stuff I'm retired due to medical reasons. September she bought me a Nyos 300 protien skimmer and in December she spent 2k on 2 new Ai hydra 64hd with arm and railing. She gives me 500 a month for coral and fish. With my disease I get depression and lose function of my body so she keeps me stress free. Been with her since High school.

I have the jebao cp 150 they can only be on 1/3 power. I told my buddy to buy jeboa pump he went all Ai and mp60 spent like 5k on pumps. Bought 8 jebao's 2 are gyres for less then 1 mp60. All are running strong for 7 years. My original pumps from my 125g.

I'm sorry you are having that tough of a go of things. I was on medical disability for a few years. Couldn't even button a shirt, eat with a fork, or comb my hair for over a year. Serioulsy I ate sandwiches and Hamburgers for a year. I have an idea of how hard it can be. Glad you found something that brings you joy. I was lucky mine was temporary. Took a few years of 5 days a week of PT, but I'm at least up to 30%, which is good enough no one can tell the difference. I'll probably never win an arm wrestling competition against a 10 year old, but that's OK.
