Found this 30g poly tank on Amazon for $150 shipped. Bought a dual horizontal float switch controller from auto top off. Com. Gunna have this in my shed to use as an auto top off reservoir for my new tank and also fresh water to mix salt for water changes.
The dual floats control a 12v solenoid that is connected to my rodi so it’s always full. Once the water drops below the second float, it opens the solenoid and fills the reservoir until it reaches the top float. This prevents the rodi from turning on and off, and it helps save the ro membranes.
