Where do you have them in the tank? Mine are all at the bottom of the tank, mostly in pretty low flow.

Yep, it's either a spaghetti worm or a hair worm. Either way, it's a harmless and just eats detritus. They are usually in the sand bed or in rock crevices, but they will move around from time to time.
