I agree with you on everything except for the bolded.. If you are part of the community and check it regularly, you are are doing more then half the battle own your own.. but there is also alot of people that just come on to trade or buy once in awhile and if we as a community police ourselves...

I do that for the mass spammers.. but I dont for this type of situation... if we ignore them we cant call them out when they continue to do it to those that dont know.. but that is just me.
