Ehh, 10.5 DKH is definitely on the high side but if I could keep mine at 10.0 I probably would. 390 CA is a bit low, the real monster hiding under the bed is 990 MG. It won’t bother the SPS directly but the effect on CA/ALC can be quite the problem. Get that MG up to >1,200

Salinity isn/t that critical. The salt never leaves the tank other than if you remove water and salt creep. If a gallon evaporates, and you add a gallon of RO/DI back in, your salinity will stay the same. I do kno a girl who topped off with salt water for a rear and her SG got to 051 LOL...

i had been In the hobby for decades and went into full recovery for about 7 years without a tank. A BC29 was my downfall probably 6-7 years ago. Now I’m at a 225 SPS dominated tank. ASM skimmers work great, nothing fancy but the get the job done. Seems like you are on the right track.

Biological consumption. There are ways to condensate it from the water but I wouldn’t. You aren’t in any kind of danger zone. Assuming you are shooting for 420, you are less than 20% over. i wouldn’t go any higher but just let it fall naturally.

Red Sea test kit? Those are legit. As long as it hasn’t been contaminated or expired.
