Use the constant flow method. The video is on YouTube somewhere and a it's a lot easier than counting drops and measuring effluent PH.

Askoll pumps. Very nice pumps but, I think they are using a DC pump now. The pumps Skimz are using on the Leopard skimmers are Askoll as well.

I got my structure from The Alternative Reef. He has said he doesn't make them anymore but money talks.

I had my contractor install a fan in the ceiling that monitors the humidity in the garage. It works to keep the humidity out but, it still gets hot in there. We redid our kitchen and he just routed the fan in the garage with the oven fan that blows out the roof.
