    BouncingSoul's 50 Gallon SPS Tank

looks good. i actually like the light hanger, matches the stand!! very clean. might consider having rocks in the base that stick out past the rocks above them. that way you can place sps from top to bottom. the right side of your structure already seems to be setup that way, maybe just add a...

    Schnitzel's Shallow Leemar 250

They used the H380 which is controllable. The H350 is the same light, just not dimmable. It's the older version. I just hooked up the light 45 minutes ago, and my ph has already gone up .04 Which is a good sign!! [emoji1303]

    Schnitzel's Shallow Leemar 250

Wellllllll that's the the thing. Am I having problems with low ph?...My corals don't seem to mind. BUT, what if they grew faster with higher ph?? That's what I'm chasing. My ph swings from 7.5-7.8. It's because my calcium reactor effluent is so fast. Even with my second chamber, it can only...

    Schnitzel's Shallow Leemar 250

New toy for my fuge. 90w Kessil H350 Got it for $80 on eBay. If any of you watched BRS' video on which light worked best at growing chaeto, this one was the clear winner. But the main reason I am getting it is for PH. In BRS' test, the tank with the kessil had a super high PH. I'm gunna see...

Got some new goby and wrasses for my tank

That blue wrasse will get territorial and aggressive. I have one in my tank, and now I can't add any more fairy wrasses. Luckily they are pretty, and very hardy. Oh and hope you have a tank cover, those guys are all jumpers. (Maybe not the goby)

Di resin with High TDS ?

Sounds like your DI is exhausted. Don't trust the color changing, I have an inline tds meter and can monitor the tds before RO, after RO, and after DI. This way I can keep track of when my RO membrane needs to be changed, and when my DI is exhausted. When my tds hits 1, I change it.

D.S.B. Deep Sand Beds and the Miracle Powers of Plenums

I have a small section in my sump where the water enters from my display. I filled it with live rock, and it's pretty much completely dark. I get a bunch of different "things" that grow in that section that I don't see anywhere else in my tank. Might be doing something. [emoji848]

Now here's a D.C. pump I could see myself using.

https://reefbuilders.com/2017/07/17/sicces-forthcoming-smart-pumps-will-have-net-connected-features/ I am a huge fan of Italian made AC pumps, Specifically Askoll and Sicce. I currently run a Fluval Sea SP6 (Askoll motor) as my main return pump, and an Askoll ATB pump on my skimmer. For any...

    Living with Cyano

Nope, no carbon dosing. I tried coral snow, it's not doing much. I've used it before, and it really helped my cyano.
