I agree. I only buy my fishes from 2 LFS only. I dont QT my fishes. I need to physically see that The fish is healthy and eating. Buying online doesnt allow me to do that. It is cheaper to buy online if the fish survives.

I never had luck QTing a fish. They always die. I dont QT anymore. The fish seems to live longer. I always make sure when I buy a fish that it looks healthy, eating, and no evidence of disease. I also buy only from 2 LFS. I feed 4-6 times a day.

Your goal is to keep the fishes alive. If they are eating and not stress out I would keep them jn the tank. Boost their immuse system up. Don’t add any new fishes for about 2 months. If you try to catch them and dip them Inthink that would do more harm than good at this time.

Keep feeding them to a point you’re over feeding them. Boost their immune system.
