Lower light works for me for bleached usually. If they flesh on the bottom is good, you can feed with Lps food soaked in amino.. Try Brightwell Restor. I saw results in like a week. This is the same torch about 6-7 weeks apart. You still see some bleaching now but it’s a huge improvement...
