    if you have 3/4 bulkhead for the return then why reduce to Half ??? i wouldnt. i had to go 1/2 couse thats what my bulkhead size was for the return..

    Yeah its fine i just put a reducer in from the 3/4 to 1/2. the pump is fine since you can calibrate the flow you want.

    i used the Fluval Cycle so im seeig how that does but so far day 3 and nothing has spiked tank has been up for a week and a half now i just used some extablished tank water a couple days ago also. So hopefully i see ammonia spike soon. I know some live rock would help do.
