What kind of acclimation box are you using?

Is there any contributing factor to the size that a zoa/ paly will grow? Just curious because my nuc greens are tiny compared to other peoples.

Actually, here's an old pic my friend took with his camera last November. There's been a grip of changes but this is just to give you an idea. I plan on rescaping the whole thing since my rocks are too close to the sides. Any opinions?
