It could be a Mayogi Tort, but it looks a tad different than the one I have. The shape is very similar, but the Mayogi that I have is green on the base with a purple tip. This one his a green tip... or at least mine does. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

For top down pictures you can use something like this. I have a tube that I put my lens in so it can extend under water. That only makes sense if you have a DSLR. If you are using your phone then just a top down viewer will work. You can probably DIY one if your creative...
