Yes to agree with Jose it can help with certain issues but can not be stored for long periods. It’s a mix and use after clear type salt. Using pro and doing multiple then beginning doing more frequent water changes can achieve the same thing but be made in much larger batches to be stored for...

Cord to light. I apologize I don’t know what they look like to tell you where to test. I would just assume there is a connector where power should be testable just before the light.

Cord or board problem in the light. Hard to say. Should be able to test power coming out with a volt meter
