do a search on Reef Safe Epoxy Putty... you can even use JB Weld The epoxy "cradles" the frag and gives it surface area.. use the super glue to bond it to the epoxy.

also any band of cyanoacrylate gel (super glue) works... or you can pay reefer $$$ for name brand stuff.

Super glue sandwich seems to work best for me when I remember to do it. Frag Glue Putty Glue Surface. (plug/rock)

Are you monitoring DO now? Is your BIO level really high? Did a little reading on it, and it looked to be used in aquaculture farming with really hi BIO loads.. supposedly safer then Ozone. For me it seams like one more piece of equipment to maintain and add to the complexity.
