Any tips? The black sheet paper sucks b/c of water and salt gets between the tank and the paper. Have anyone tried window film? I saw some at Home Depot. It's not perfect black, but maybe apply two layers? Roll in paint? Any advice of where to find paint? Specific stores? I can't do spray...

Some newbie question... How long can I store LFS bought water? Can I store salt water outside in my sunny patio? Would sunlight or heat be an issue? Would storing water in a light color container be better as compared to a dark or blue container? I heard that colored containers contains dyes?

Probably a 10-15 gal DYI or similar factory made sump. The long side needs to be under 20 inches and no taller than 15 inches. Side question though, would a sump this small be worth it for a 50 gal aquarium? I don't have much space under my aquarium. I'm thinking of a sump to just hold water...
