SPS Browning tips need some advice

I second pledosophys comment on alk being too low which can cause a low ph, making the environment too acidic for any marine animal. My understanding is that an sps dominant tank should have an alk of 10 & above. Also noticed that CA is low too. Here’s a publication from Red Sea that might help...

    Need ID, tiny worm?

Really difficult to tell what it is, the critter is too small, they could just be some pods. Since there are no fish to consume them, they will multiply very quickly. I’m sure once you introduce fish, they’ll start to disappear, wrasse fish are great for that job.

    Need help' tips Any Knoladge

Welcome to the salty side. I would begin with making a list of fish & other critters you would like to keep in the 15. 15 gallons will put a limit to what species you can house but once you make your selections, it will help in deciding the type of sand to use & how to build a rock structure...

Hard to tell on the first pic because of the atinics but they do resemble gobstoppers & the second pic I believe are rainbow incinerators.

I went led t5 hybrid!! Giesemann a question on avoiding bleach

You shouldn’t have any problems, corals have no issues acclimating to fluorescents. I’ve always used T5 and/or MH mixed fixtures, haven’t bothered with LEDs yet & everytime I have bought coral from people running LED into my 6 x T5 setup, all coral did well. Since your running lamps around the...

    Rbta split

I’ve seen that happen to a friend via powerhead. He placed the chunks in a container with crushed coral gravel & quarter size rocks under medium to low flow, medium lighting & dosed salifert natural iodine. I remember it produced 3 chunks, 1 died & 2 survived but he didn’t cut into them in order...
