If you were any closer i can lend you a lot from a break down that i did there are literally thousand of them.

UV is not an instant miracle its there for the long term it will eradicate the parasite and algae spore what i did with mine after a year of running it 7/24 is it only turn on when the main light is on.

I say if your parameter has been constantly like that for years leave it alone, and like you said everything is growing and healthy due to your corals have acclimated then self into that condition.

Throw it over here LOL, but i agree with the guys turn off your skimmer even up to 4 hrs and let the new water and the old mix or when your doing something in the tank, and that why we are here to pass along trick and technique of the hobby. :perfect10:
