That looks bad. You would need to take out all your fish and and leave the tank fish less for at least 6 weeks. Treat all new fish with copper for 2-3 weeks.

I got stung by a dwarf lion, hurt like a bee sting but not bad enough to go to the doctors or anything. It's crazy how little it had to touch me for it to sting. My hand just gently grazed over the lion for a split second and I could feel it right away.
