It's actually a standalone tank (no sump), so I guess my main concern is flow & heating I'm sure I can take care of flow w/ my 2x powerheads on a UPS back-up, but wondering what can be done for heating for a 200w heater

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the main purpose for a frag rack when adding new frags to your tank? I know when creating a frag, they can heal in your tank, but why do people add frags on the rack for a lengthy time before adding directly on the rocks?
