I wouldn't think so. It would just be easier to maintain your tank rather than less water changes. I have a rodi system with a TDS meter on it and I do weekly water changes. Granted I'm trying to bring my tank back to what it was before I went to NY for 3 months.

Well my customer just purchased this for me. I was wondering about the secondary temp probe... looks like I have to buy one now. They arent too expensive are they? I got the lab probe for conductivity, and the PM2 module. Do you place the probe in the sump? or in the display tank?
