I get you,,, it would just be impossible in my case to showcase the growth of this coral from side angle because of the way it grew... and this is not a picture contest but again growth, color, and pe. giving all three of these winning factors...

i get you, but inorder to see the overall growth and the changes the coral has made, the final pic must be from top side view dosnt give it justice.

we need to do this again six2seven. because if this is truly a . 1. growth 2. color 3. polyp extension i clearly won...

i dont know why he chose the crappiest pic for my final... but as far as overall growth i still think i had it. even the plug his is on still has room mine has fully covered the big plug plus half inch and many more new branches..not to mention better color. so idk

here is Last update, included 1st pic of comp for comparison. great color, great PE, and fast growth many new branches and tons of encrusting. overall very happy with this coral.

definitely a fast grower in my tank. really nice purply blue, Many new branches and encrusting like crazy had to add more super glue to the shelf so it can continue encrusting. added the first pic of comp to compare growth.

ON MY 50 GAL SPS TANK i have 1, 250w 14k halide supplemented with 4 39w T5 currently at 15 inches above water line. i feel that the sps in the middle of my tank need more light, how close to the water line do you have your Metal halides, or t5s?

how many metal halides do you have and how close to the water do you keep them?

what lighting do you have ?

the easiest thing to do is increase water temp by 2 degrees. ich will be gone in a few days. always works for me.

Once again love this acro, doing really good for me. tons of encrusting and many new branches. as you can see i made a superglue shelf around the plug which the coral is now growing on instead of growing down the rock. the large plug is completely covered. i have attached first pic of...
