If it's a middle Chamber - Rock, Sand and Mud with Cheato. My Cheato is growing like weed - try to give it away with not too many takers. I have another 2 system with Refugium is more on a side, Cheato does not do well there - Mangroves or Scrubber work better there.

Me too - i can give you a bag or too. Learn secret of Growing Cheato - need flow and good light. Your Cheato compartment is best if it's in the middle Compartment where your water flow through it. Had it before on a side Refugium, that does not work. Also, red light work the best. I am in HB
