A free frag is a great way to start getting into SPS if youve never done one. Not saying I want to risk a WD to someone who would kill it, but all active members should participate if they even have a moderate interest in SPS

Personally I'd go with 2x of the AI Hydra 26HDs over 2 primes. I like my Hydras a lot, and my tank is 48x18x18. Other lights to look at would be Current USA Orbit IC Pro or loop system with IC Pro, T5s only (doesn't need to be ATI fixture), 2 primes and T5 hybrid fixture from aquatic life...

I've liked my Smart Auto Aqua one overall and I've had it a few years. Their AWC/ATO looks pretty awesome, and their micro ATO is also good. I'd recommend either of those.
