That's my thought too. The incoming water would destroy my ROWAphos into powder. I don't see how this would be any different since it's still the same amount of water pouring into the cup. Maybe if you only did a small amount and put extra filter pads over it.

4 bulbs. It's the best option I can find. A 6 bulb would be nice, but haven't found one yet. Even if it had 6, I'd likely use a couple of those blue LED tubes that fit in the T5 fixture.
