You would have to check the size of the fans, if it's the same size/bolt pattern, and a 12vdc fan, it should work. My powermodule runs 4 fans off of a 500ma voltage adjustable supply, you can get them on amazon/ebay also.

Scratches aren't going to make any difference in your lighting intensity. There's a thread on RC where a guy had really bad reflectors on an ATI fixture and he swapped them out for new, the difference on the PAR meter was like 2% if I remember right. It's really up to you if you want new ones...
