I baught a visio 60 cube and the trim is not perfectly level it does not sit flush with the stand that is perfectly level on the top. So where can I get a quality tank made that I can trust ? Thanks

Just got one 2 days ago and it dosent seem so quiet, I tried adjusting the wet side like instructed and it still seems loud to me. It's not crazy loud I just hear hear it on the dry side when the speed is a little over half. Is this normal ? Or should this thing be dead silent ?
