Anyone else using Your Choice Aquatics?

Going to be setting up my 120 once I move next month. Looking for a good quality quiet skimmer, in sump. Looking at reef octopus though would like suggestions since I haven't had a reef for 10 years and there's a lot of new stuff now. Planning on around 300$.

Thanks. Debating on a hob or sump refugium.

Can pods make it from your refugium through the pump to your tank or does the pump kill them?
