Not in Corona but there's a LFS a bit past it called Treasures of the Sea. Not bad selection and I found some neat corals for cheap before.

I don't think TDS detects NO3 or PO4 (but don't quote me on it). We tend to stick to zero TDS because like what ndrwater said, we want to increase our chances of having a long term successful reef tank. You can drink RO water but not DI side. Drinking pure water is a really really good...

I've left rocks soaked in the acid mixture overnight; no baking soda needed because the rocks (made out of calcium carbonate) will neutralize the acid (assuming you're not using the acid at full strength). If it's just a quick soak, then you will need baking soda.
