i just got this skimmer for my 45 gallon pentagon...i think the skimmer is rated up to 100 gallons...my question is...its pulling skimmate like crazy, but its clear...should i turn the skimmer off? or is that normal? this is my first HOB skimmer so im not sure if its common or not....

so i've been looking to get a chiller but i know absolutely nothing about them....what i want to know is what would be the best one for me to get for my tank? total volume is around 45.7 gallons (yes i got bored and found the exact volume)

so i was messing in my tank and turned the lights out and i was surprised to see around 30 worms crawl out of the rock and start bustin loads into the water column...it was pink stuff so it was funny lol...but what im wondering is if this will mess up my tank params or not?
