So who uses GAC on a regular basis? If you do - how/why. If you don't why not? What have you noticed? My reason for asking: 1. I have always just tossed some GAC in media bags, and thrown them in my sump next to the return pump. Don't know if it did anything - but hey, it was cheap, and...

So, while doing tank maintenance I made about 10 "oopsy" frags. sizes range from 1" - 3". Need one, come get it? If you have something in trade, great, but not needed... Momma looks like this (center of the tank):
