Sorry for the late reply I'm at work. No I don't stir up the sand. I do have a yellow watchman/pistol shrimp that's made home to the sand bed on that side of the tank, but they always dig and I never had a problem until now. Is it possible for a fish to be stung by a bta and die later on?

Well I just woke up and found my Sailfin Tang dead. Exact same spot where the yellow tang was found dead. Removed the rock work in those areas and didn't find anything unusual. Tangs body looked fine. Just dead and kinda bloated. I am suspecting internal parasites or something along those lines...
