I recommend go back to the lfs and get some joes juice or kalk and make into a paste. You dont want to poke or tear at it as any broken pieces will reproduce. If you can get ur anemone off the rock then f/w dip that portion. You can even do it while ur anemone is on the rock if its not too big...
