Haha sure no problem. My dad is really in to wood working (although not great) but he has all the tools and toys - Just do what I did, just ask Bean for "Help" Then watch as he takes over and does it all, while you sit back with a ice cold beer in your hands =)

A Little Update on the tank. I have Finally hung my AI Vega - It took awhile to figure out how to hang it, as AI does not make a kit to hang a single Vega fixture. I had to buy the 6" Rail and cut it in half, then I was able to mount the aircraft cable to the fixture. It turned out great...

I only had the return pump, as I did not need a chiller - And my MP10 which helps as well

I had 3 Ecoxotic LED strips in my 24G Nano - with top op and never had an issue with heat - Stayed at a constant 77.4 - However my new tank with a glass lid and the AI Vega Temp rose a bit.

Tank looks great. got to love the plug and play tanks, but there is just something about putting together your own design for a tank. Cant wait to see more pics! And Welcome to Socalireefs

Yeah very good. Drops my 30G down 3-4 degrees pretty quickly and that's with a glass lid. Plus its a Tunze so you get what you pay for.

You can just screw it to the back of your tank, i don't have a lid either. I actually set it in the overflow portion (it sits on the return lines) Works great!
