My bubble nem will look like that every now and then when its pooping ... I Know !! lol .. just give it a few days to recover from the split .. you can try a piece of food to see if it will eat .. if after a couple of days it looks worse, is disolving away and stinks like a porta potty then get...

It could have some sort of infection from the split !! Nem's normally split due to stress in the tank so the move probably caused that .. I would just watch it over the next couple of days and see what happens .. Also my try giving it a small piece of food .. Good Luck !!!
