I never see bodies in my tank. The CUC is too fast. Sometimes I would like to see the bodies though to confirm death or disease. Or else I gotta look all over the floor and behind the tank.

Haha maybe not a good idea for me since the tank is in the bedroom and I work crazy hours so I needa sleep. My LEDs are pretty focused and not a flood of light. Do your t5ho flood the room with light?

The whole retrofit kit is $120 at a glance of the site. And I would need two. Expensive to me but it would be cool to have it and trip out on it for a while haha

I saw a graph that showed ati vs aquatic life and a bunch of other different ballast. Ati was the best in performance and aquatic life was not too far behind. I plan to build the same thing as you with 2 Ai Vegas and 2 bulbs front/rear over my 70 gallon

I was thinking of buying the aquatic life retrofits ballast. I like how yours is set up but id like to use aquatic life ballast instead. Ati retrofits are pretty expensice

My dc9000 wasn't working one day. Their was a snail shell stuck in there. Cleared it and it works fine.

I rather have 2 hydra or 2 hydra 52. Less power cords, less hanging equipment, less wires. But you'd get more spread with 3 26?

Two very different tanks. The im24 is very sexy but yes many threads on random cracking. Hopefully IM has addressed the issue. My Nuvo straight cracked too
