HmMm, I have 2x Tunze 6000 for flow in my 60 right now. I would think that's more than adequate. I've heard from a reefer that you shouldn't point the powerhead directly at the coral because you could blow the flesh off, right? MikeE, could it be that your tank is lacking flow? My friend's...

Oops... sorry for what you're going through, Mike. A few of my sps are also STN-ing at the base. I was about to ask you guys what could be the cause as well. Sorry I'm just a SPS newbie... but hopefully you'll find the root of the problem pronto.
