I have 3 used Phoenix 14k 250w DE bulbs with 1350 hrs on them. They were used for 9 months at only 5 hours per day. All three are fairly bright and have even color. They were all used together on my 180g. $30 for the lot of 3, will not seperate. Add $5 for priority mail & paypal.
