When I had T5 I would remove the bulb as well as the reflector for cleaning. Do you remove them? You can add more force when its off the tank, easier to clean.

They do offer shared, vps, and dedicated packages. They start at $113/Mo for a dedicated celeron (lol) box. I do not like Plesk, never have. It gets very expensive if you want a good server, unix, and cpanel.
