IMHO you would need to create more biodiversity in your tank. Create more biome. You need to out compete the hair algae. In my 40G I still get GHA. where does this happen? If I clean a pump or a power head, coral warfare scars, etc. The first thing that grows there is GHA. Never anyplace else...

That's what I was thinking! The AIO part would take up valuable frag space. Which is why if this doesn’t sell out comes the razor. But it really seems a shame to modify a perfectly good (minus a couple cosmetic flaws) tank.
