How much cost could a chiller possibly add? Only runs when needed and I would imagine that's only inbthe summer. Isnt it offset by the cost of not needing to run heaters? Is your outside part of the tank shaded? ♥ Raf

very nice tank and stand I have the very similar dimensions 48Wx18Dx30T. I think yours may be better and I wish mine was acrylic. As an FYI if those are external dimensions then its only about a 90gallon tank (dependant on water height) just relaying info. GLWS.

Good point it may have the bulkhead to connect to an external pump. Didnt think of that. Pipe could still be run over the top of the glass and in overflow style. Ill post a video I saw of someone doing this with pvc. Edit: now that I am on a PC I see all the pictures better and understand the...
