you might be better off if you get a retrofit kit that comes with the instructions. are you doing this to save money? what is your budget?

haha if you read till the last page of my build thread. my Lens were not glued on. An acrylic sheet that sat on top of the lens "held" the lens in place. if i want to change the lens i just unscrew the acrylic sheet and just pop out the lens i want to change out.

are you selling that 120?

thanks a lot. here is the thing with the XPE/XPG. they have a smaller bulb and higher ampere rating which gives out more par. so i have both the XRE and the XPE/XPG now and i believe if you need more lighting go with the xpe/xpg, however if you need less lighting go with the XRE. the build...

yes that would work. switch it to the DIODE testing mode. which look like the image below. then touch the negative "com" probe to the negative side of the LED and the RED probe to the positive side of the LED.

and i didnt get one.... haha

just hook up some 2 double A batteries in series and hook up the positive and negative side to see if the LED still work or not
