Appreciate your time explaining the process! The EB832 is currently just a brick sitting there--I'll hit you up if I ever swing by your area (I'm in Tustin). I'm guessing with shipping costs the way they are, the cost to ship is going to be prohibitive.

How hard is the repair? Are there instructions online anywhere? Is this something I should attempt on my own, or better to have someone fix for me?

Everything in Apex appears to "look" fine, except a voltage error pops up and no power coming from the outlets. Toggling outlets on and off doesn't do anything.

Circling back on this. Do you advocate replacing the entire power supply or upgrade the capacitors? What would be the cost for parts?

Get some cheap tester SPS and see how they do. If they die, then your tank is not ready and you're not out a bunch of money. Bird's best or digis are super cheap, like $20/frag or less. Heck, I'd bet you can find some generous local reefers who would give away some of these.
