Yeah, these are not nearly as invasive a species of flat worm as red planaria which can completely overrun your tank. If they don't bother you, it shouldn't hurt to leave them alone.

I believe I do quite a bit of thing that are different, here are a few of them: 1) No sump or skimmer No skimmer. - why? because I prefer to use a large gravity retruned refugium as my main source of filtration. Food is abundant in my setup, pods etc... 2) Low flow. Just 4 mj1200 are utilized...
