    130 Gallon In Wall Lagoon

I'm just using a standard 3/4" bulkhead. When screwed down it flattens out the trash can. Have yet to see it leak.

    130 Gallon In Wall Lagoon

Here's a quick rundown of how I'm topping of this bad boy :spit:: I first started off by getting top off water at the LFS, but that got old really quick, so I decided to go with an RO/DI system from Air Water Ice. This system has split RO and DI so that I can store the RO water for...

    are these flatworms?

Yeah, these are not nearly as invasive a species of flat worm as red planaria which can completely overrun your tank. If they don't bother you, it shouldn't hurt to leave them alone.

    Need a Custom Sump/fuge built..is a fuge good idea?

I actually built this sump for another reefer, but I'm pretty sure this is how he uses it: The drain line is split 3 ways. One line goes into the rectangular section in the upper left which is filled with live rock rubble. Another line goes into a filter sock located in the upper middle. Both...

    Need a Custom Sump/fuge built..is a fuge good idea?

I'm not sure if this was totally answered above so just in case...I think that for a 90 gallon, a large refugium is a great idea. An excellent choice for nutrient export. Lower flow on the fuge is important especially to help encourage the reproduction of micro fauna (fish and coral food) in...

What do you do that's DIFFERENT?

I believe I do quite a bit of thing that are different, here are a few of them: 1) No sump or skimmer No skimmer. - why? because I prefer to use a large gravity retruned refugium as my main source of filtration. Food is abundant in my setup, pods etc... 2) Low flow. Just 4 mj1200 are utilized...
