My tank has very high nutrients but haven't had GHA in years. I think the only time I've dealt with it was back when I started 4 years ago.

I do heavy feedings, gotta keep the fish happy so they don't die. Plus I only keep soft corals so high nutrients aren't the worst thing for them

This was the one I used to have before. Even with the light off you could see the nice yellow color it had. The polyps also had a nice yellow color when they were slowly opening up. Unfortunately it never really took off for me and died when I had my major coral crash
